We may collect your name, email address, phone number, postal address, enquiry details, tax-related documents you send us, and correspondence records. Technical data such as IP address and basic analytics may be collected if you accept analytics cookies — see our cookies page.

3. Purposes and lawful bases

We process data to respond to enquiries, deliver engagements, issue invoices, meet legal and regulatory duties (including tax adviser record-keeping), and improve the website where analytics are enabled. 4. Retention

Enquiry messages without an engagement are typically kept for up to 24 months. Client engagement files are retained for at least seven years after the engagement ends, or longer where HMRC or professional rules require.
